Anchor House | Sacramento, CA 95621 Anchor House is seeking a Lead Care Manager to support high-need Medi-Cal members through the CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program. This role focuses on overseeing care coordination, supporting care managers, and ensuring quality service delivery.
