Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in leadership/program management.
• Experience with both micro- and macro-level programs.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and support mission-driven teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mentoring programs.
• Serve as primary contact for referral sources.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, and appointments.
• Liaise between organization, mentors, participants, and partners.
• Ensure program documentation complies with HIPAA and grant requirements.
• Support mentor supervisor and team; address challenges.
• Onboard and mentor new mentors.
• Provide behavioral support to APY mentor team.
• Report on program metrics and assist with grant documentation.
