Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Cardiovascular Diagnostic Laboratory (CVDL) seeks a Lead Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist to join our elite team in Maryland. The Lead Tech will perform invasive procedures, oversee a multi-disciplinary team, and actively resolve issues while promoting collaboration among staff.

Qualifications include AMA-approved Radiologic Technology education, Maryland licensure, ARRT registration, ACLS/BLS, and CVIL experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiologic Technology.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance as a Radiology Tech.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• Current ACLS/BLS certification.
• CI, CV, RCES or HRS Certification.
• Two and a half (2 ½) years’ experience in CVIL (full-time).
• Must have been a CVRT II at Johns Hopkins for a minimum of one (1) year optimal evaluations OR comparable outside experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive procedures.
• Oversee the multi-disciplinary team to optimize performance.
• Proactively and consistently assist in solving issues/problems.
• Promote teamwork between staff.
