Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Lead Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist to join the Cardiovascular Diagnostic Laboratory (CVDL). The Lead Tech will perform invasive procedures and oversee a multi-disciplinary team to optimize performance and problem-solving, ensuring collaborative patient care and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiologic Technology.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance as a Radiology Tech.
• Registered with ARRT.
• Current ACLS/BLS certification.
• CI, CV, RCES or HRS certification.
• 2.5 years experience in CVIL (full-time).
• Must have been a CVRT II at Johns Hopkins ~1 year or comparable outside.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive procedures.
• Oversee the multi-disciplinary team to optimize performance.
• Proactively and consistently assist in solving issues.
• Promote teamwork between staff.
