Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Non-Invasive Cardiac Technician to perform ECGs, Holter monitoring, Holter scanning and stress testing per physician orders. This role serves as a mentor to staff and less experienced technologists, overseeing patient flow, quality of service, and department safety while supporting leadership.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm; Friday 7:00 am–1:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Allied Health Sciences or equivalent.
• Completion of Basic Arrhythmia Course.
• Certified by the American Heart Association in BCLS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for ECG, Holter monitor, and Stress Test exams and explain procedures.
• Manage multi-patient task lists and prioritize appropriately.
• Maintain patient flow and ensure delivery of quality services in the department.
• Assist with schedules and participate in committees and staff mentorship.
• Respond to Code Blue calls as part of the resuscitation team.
• Provide orientation/mentorship for new hires and students.
