Gore Medical Products is seeking a Cardiac Innovator to lead end‑to‑end development from concept through launch for medical devices in Flagstaff, AZ. The role emphasizes technical research, design, and process development with cross‑functional collaboration across research & design, NPD, manufacturing, marketing, and sales leadership.

This hybrid position located in Flagstaff offers hands‑on prototyping, design for manufacturability, and customer validation to ensure new product success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of R&D experience in medical devices or related field.
• Hands-on prototyping experience, including 3‑D printing.
• Demonstrated depth in medical devices and manufacturability considerations.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and SolidWorks proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development from concept to product launch.
• Translate market opportunities into product concepts and MVPs.
• Create initial design documentation and specifications.
• Develop tooling and simple equipment designs for prototyping.
• Collaborate with R&D, NPD, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
• Validate concepts with customers and ensure product success.
