RWJBarnabas Health in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Lead Technician for the Cardiac Catheter Lab to ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care during complex procedures. You will provide technical expertise, monitor patient status, and coordinate workflow under RN supervision.

Qualifications

Requires high school graduate or equivalent and clinical setting experience.
Experience leading workflows and mentoring peers in a cardiac lab.
PC proficiency including Word/Excel and EPIC EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise during pre/post catheterization procedures and assist with phlebotomy, EKGs, and glucose monitoring under RN supervision.
Manage daily unit workflow and patient throughput; coordinate transport to/from the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Arrange pre-admission testing, procedure scheduling, and follow-up appointments across departments.
