Jet Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain to assume ultimate responsibility for safe, efficient flight operations to the highest standards. Beyond line flying, you will mentor crew, champion excellence, and represent Jet Aviation as a trusted brand ambassador.

You will serve as Pilot in Command, plan and execute missions, file flight plans, brief weather NOTAMs, supervise training, maintain aircraft records, and uphold professional standards across global operations.

Qualifications

• ATPA/FAA type ratings and medical certification required.
• Extensive experience in command and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex flight operations under varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flights with safety and compliance as priorities.
• Plan, brief, and execute missions including pre/post-flight inspections and flight planning.
• Maintain knowledge of aircraft systems and performance; adapt plans to conditions.
• Lead, mentor, and coach crew; conduct performance reviews and coordinate training.
• Champion safety culture; deliver passenger briefings and liaise with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and records; assist with crew hiring and standards.
