Jet Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain to oversee safe, efficient flight operations as Pilot in Command. You will lead, mentor, and develop crew members while upholding the highest standards of safety and service in a global private aviation environment.

Responsibilities include pre-/post-flight inspections, flight planning, weather analysis, and maintaining aircraft systems knowledge. Travel worldwide, adapt to mission profiles, and represent Jet Aviation with professionalism.

Formación

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical required.
• Five years aviation experience with 3,500 hours total fixed-wing, including 1,500 hours PIC, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
• Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with Confidence: ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including pre-/post-flight inspections and flight plan filing.
• Crew Leadership & Development: mentor crew members, conduct performance reviews, coordinate schedules and training.
• Deliver Excellence: maintain working knowledge of aircraft systems and manage flight plans to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: promote safety culture, conduct passenger briefings, address discrepancies with maintenance teams.
• Provide Administrative Excellence: manage trip documentation, maintain manuals, assist in crew hiring, represent Jet Aviation professionally.
• Represent the Brand: be the face of Jet Aviation and uphold our mission of delivering exceptional service.
