Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Production Technician in Hammonton, NJ. You will supervise a team of Packaging Technicians, manage filling and labeling of cannabis products, and ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership, and experience in manufacturing or cannabis packaging is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Experience leading a team in manufacturing preferred.
• Cannabis filling/packaging experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks including filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products.
• Oversee all lab product filling and packaging activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory and recordkeeping for all products and materials.
• Guide team in filling capsules, concentrates, syringes, and vaporizer cartridges; ensure precise weighing and packaging.
• Apply tamper‑evident seals and batch‑specific labeling.
• Monitor productivity metrics hourly and daily; drive performance.
• Train and mentor team members; foster accountability and excellence.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain tools in ready state.
• Ensure state labeling and seed‑to‑sale tracking compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and waste reduction.
• Uphold workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align production with demand.
