Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Cultivation Associate to oversee day‑to‑day vegetative operations and guide a team through the grow cycle. You will partner with leadership to execute the plan, protect plant health, and keep the garden compliant with safety and SOPs.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, quality control, and collaborative problem solving in a fast‑paced cultivation environment with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a commercial cannabis, agricultural, or landscaping setting.
• Capable of leading a team on the floor and driving tasks to meet priorities and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day vegetative cultivation operations.
• Lead Cultivation Associates through daily tasks on the grow floor.
• Partner with Cultivation leadership to execute the grow plan and maintain plant integrity.
• Monitor rooms daily and audit environmental and irrigation systems.
• Perform pest inspections and apply sanitizers and treatments per SOPs.
• Maintain plant structure for airflow, light penetration, and canopy health.
• Train and coach team members on SOPs, safety, and cultivation standards.
• Support sanitation, biosecurity, and safety initiatives and communicate priorities.
