Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Cultivation Agent to join our Pennsylvania facility. The Lead Cultivation Agent works within our on-site cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health.

This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye on cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a production facility or similar regulated facility.
• Experience training, leading, and mentoring staff preferred.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.
• Mentor and support cultivation staff on policies and procedures.
• Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with Garden leadership to ensure accurate information is communicated to staff.
• Oversee cultivation tasks and processes, document activities per policy.
• Ensure plant health through pruning, topping, and other care as per policy.
• Maintain records of cultivation activities including inventory and crop applications.
