Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Cultivation Lead to assist the Cultivation Manager in coordinating and guiding the cultivation team. You will care for plants, manage daily tasks, and help maintain accurate records and schedules in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires horticulture experience and a preference for an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, with a regular weekday schedule and some weekend flexibility. Join a team focused on quality and compliance in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in horticulture or related field required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in horticulture preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including periodic weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Cultivation Manager in organizing daily activities of the Cultivation Techs.
• Assists in setting up and organizing daily activities for the cultivation department.
• Reports to the Cultivation Manager on activities and potential improvements.
• Tends to plants: watering, potting, training, and movement of plant material.
• Applies irrigation and fertilizers per policy and schedule.
• Performs regular quality assessments for disease and infestation.
