SSC Services for Education in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a campus facilities team and ensure safe, reliable operations across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will oversee maintenance staff and subcontractors, drive safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of training and service excellence on campus.

This role requires strong communication with campus customers, adherence to codes, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training or equivalent experience.
• Master/Journeyman trade license with electrical/plumbing certifications preferred.
• Experience with commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to drive a company vehicle; DMV check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to uphold excellence.
• Oversee routine repairs and complex issues in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Direct SSC staff and subcontractors for campus services.
• Provide training and growth opportunities for the team.
• Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strong campus customer relationships and improve service delivery.
