Job summary

Wilkes University invites applicants for a Lead Refresh Custodial Worker, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm, in Campus Support Services, to begin immediately. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid PA driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and direct assigned custodial staff daily.
• Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, common areas, conference and meeting rooms, hallways and offices.
• Operate light floor machines and related equipment.
• Assist with event set-ups and seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Transport garbage and recyclables campus-wide.
• Follow safety regulations and read documentation for the position.
