Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks and performance benchmarks.
  • Establish governance processes for campaign measurement across stakeholders.

  • Measure and track Marketing ROI and Conversion Rate.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Campaign Measurement Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own the strategy and execution of campaign measurement across multiple channels, helping the organization evaluate marketing effectiveness and improve audience growth and retention. The ideal candidate will partner closely with marketing, analytics, and senior leadership teams to define success metrics, build reporting frameworks, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. This is a highly analytical position with a strong focus on experimentation, attribution, and executive-level storytelling.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

  • Proven experience with test-and-learn initiatives and experimental designs
  • Skilled in building executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution methodologies
