Job summary

A leading children's camp organization in New York is seeking a Camp Director for their summer program. As a Camp Director, you will oversee camp management, ensure a safe and engaging environment, and lead staff while working with hundreds of children across diverse programs. The role requires flexibility with part-time tasks from January to June, transitioning to full-time during the camp season. Ideal candidates will have extensive camp experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of overall camp experience.
• 2+ years managing a day camp or sleepaway camp with at least 60 campers.
• Experience developing camp staff training materials.

Responsibilities
