Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in New York is looking for a lead counselor for our youngest campers (ages 4–5). You will help implement and oversee the daily camp schedule, supervise a small team, and ensure the kids' needs are met with care and energy.

Requirements include being 18+, having at least 2 months of camp experience, and First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1. Hours run 8:00 am–6:00 pm during camp, with setup/breakdown weekends. Hourly wage ranges from $19.75 to $22.25.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.
• By applying and accepting an offer, you consent to email or text communication from Steve & Kate's.
• Chaperone campers on off-site Field Trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead counselor for youngest campers (ages 4-5), implementing and managing the camp day structure.
