GENERAL PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all pastry and cake products in the Bakery in addition to training other Pastry Chefs and Cake Decorators. This person will be preparing, cooking, mixing, baking, assembling, packaging, labeling, and decorating cakes and pastries; ordering, receiving, and storing products, determining production and inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
