Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is recruiting for a CAD Supervisor in Lebanon, TN. The role leads a 5–6 person CAD team providing hands-on 3D modeling, design documentation, and engineering change control within a manufacturing setting.

The position requires supervising CAD staff, reviewing drawings, and collaborating with manufacturing and product development teams. Onsite 4 days with 1 day remote after 90 days, with relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading CAD/engineering staff.
• Strong 3D CAD and modeling experience.
• Experience with engineering drawings and design documentation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing engineering and product development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of CAD professionals.
• Serve as technical resource for 3D CAD and mechanical design.
• Review drawings and CAD models with cross-functional teams.
