Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong experience with UL508A control panel design (required).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of up to 10 CAD Designers.
• Support electrical design work including schematics and control panel layouts.
• Manage and enforce CAD standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Drive efficiency improvements, including CAD automation and quality checks.
• Oversee drawing control and data management using Autodesk Vault.
• Provide technical support and training on CAD tools and standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams.
