Job summary

ReCon Management Services in Beaumont, TX invites a Designer III to lead drafting efforts under an engineer's guidance. You will direct drafting tasks, develop layouts, and coordinate field data gathering with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing sketches from engineering calculations using AutoCAD or CADWork, attending project meetings, and ensuring compliance with company and client drafting standards on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or vocational drafting training with eleven years of experience in discipline field.
• AutoCAD with proficiency test >70%.
• Ability to coordinate field data gathering with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interfacing with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop drawing layouts and details from calculations using AutoCAD, CADWork, or similar 3D software.
• Supervise and implement drafting.
• Develop sketches through field measurements and vertical surveying.
• Attend project meetings and interact with other disciplines.
• Implementation of Company drafting and client’s standards.
• Prepare manual sketches and drawings, if required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
