Job summary

LogicalisUS is seeking an experienced field technician supervisor to lead teams installing and maintaining voice, data, and video cabling systems across sites. You will survey installation areas, supervise cable routing, testing, and verification to ensure certification and safety standards are met.

The role requires at least 5 years of cabling experience, an associate degree, and BICSI certification or equivalent. Occasional overtime and travel to job sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related area is required.
• Minimum 5 years of cabling experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Certification: BICSI Technician or similar is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises planning and operation to meet service levels.
• Leads installation of Cat 3/5/5e/6 and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Oversees outlet installation, cable pulling, fire stopping and pre-termination per standards.
• Provides project updates to Project Manager and Department Manager.
• Performs site surveys, reads blueprints, and conducts site inspections.
• Manages retrofit and new construction work and cut-overs.
• Ensures compliance with LAN/WAN topologies and cabling standards.
• Maintains equipment layouts, grounding, and testing per required parameters.
