Job summary

TEKsystems in Montgomery, AL is seeking Lead Technicians to support a range of cabling projects across Network and Fiber. This permanent, onsite role offers the opportunity to lead a crew of installers in the field while ensuring high-quality test certification and documentation.

You will install UTP, fiber, and copper cabling, perform site surveys, coordinate with managers and engineers, and generate QA reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in low-voltage / telecommunications.
• Experience with LAN, inter-building backbone, security, and audio/video cabling.
• Proficiency with industry-recognized certification tools, test equipment, and processes.
• BICSI credentials are a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; perform basic math; and distinguish industry color codes.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62499.00/yr.
