Qualifications

• General construction knowledge; tools provided.
• 1–3 years cabinetry/trim carpentry installation experience.
• Ability to work independently or with a team with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with small hand tools and reading a measuring tape.
• Ability to lift cabinet material repetitively.
• Creative with on-the-job adjustments as required.
• Attention to detail and efficient time management.
• Strong communication and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home installation and repairs on small commercial jobs as needed.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete and submit installation paperwork daily.
• In-home and garage installation of cabinetry and epoxy garage floors.
• Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain company vehicle and trailer, including washing and restocking.
• Comply with and follow all safety regulations.
• Read and interpret simple build plans as required.
