Renew Medic by CLT is seeking a Lead Cabinet Installer with extensive cabinet installation and finish carpentry experience for a hands-on, on-site role in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will expertly remove and repair damaged cabinets, install moldings, and handle cabinet assembly while ensuring top-notch customer service and strict safety adherence.

You will work in a family-friendly environment that emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and growth, with a schedule aligned to Monday–Friday,

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet installation.
• Previous work with trim carpentry.
• Attention to detail, timeliness, organization skills and customer focus.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabinet installation.
• Experience with countertops is a plus.
• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• A strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Remove damaged cabinets and re-install repaired cabinets.
• Install crown, scribe molding, quarter round and other moldings.
• Cabinet assembly.
• Consistently provide high quality customer service.
• Strictly adhere to all safety requirements and procedures.
• Ensure job sites and customer properties are clean, safe, and organized during your time on-site.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out daily for each job performed.
