Job summary

Renew Medic seeks an experienced Cabinet Maker to lead the fabrication of high-quality cabinet boxes and drawers in a fast-paced shop and on-site environment. You will work closely with the production manager, technicians, finishers, and the General Manager to ensure timely delivery and top-tier workmanship.

The role requires 3+ years building cabinetry or related carpentry, strong safety adherence, exceptional organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building cabinetry or furniture or trim.
• Experience working with woodworking equipment including table saws, miter saws, routers, edge banders, bandsaws, jointers, planers, sanders, power tools, dust collection and other similar equipment.
• Strict adherence to safety.
• Extremely attentive to detail.
• Extremely organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict production deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, build, repair, assemble, disassemble, and clean cabinetry and components.
• Occasionally assist field technicians with on-site removals, installations, pickups, and deliveries when needed.
• Supervise other Cabinet Maker 1 & 2’s.
• Daily communication with lead technicians, production manager, and general manager.
• Ensure documentation from technicians and production staff informs your work.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Utilize cabinet building equipment and machinery (table saws, routers, edge banders, etc.).
• Keep inventory of materials and communicate needs to production manager.
• Proficient in workshop and on-site customer environments.
• Color matching and pocket hole joinery where appropriate.
• Use and become proficient in DASH job management system.
