Job summary

Out of the Woods Custom Cabinetry in Layton, UT is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation crews and keep projects on track. This full-time role reports to the production team and requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a focus on quality craftsmanship.

You will coordinate daily installer activities, manage schedules, ensure materials are ready, and communicate with customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of custom cabinetry installation experience.
• 5+ years of installation, production, or manufacturing management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cabinetry installation tools and materials.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of cabinet installers and helpers.
• Manage installation schedules, service calls, and job site priorities.
• Ensure materials and supplies are ready for efficient installations.
• Conduct job site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve issues and minimize delays.
• Coach and develop employees while improving team productivity.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track labor hours, resources, and project progress.
