Lead C# Software Engineer (Feature Focused)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead C# Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing SaaS company. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary between $165,000 and $200,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full-stack .NET products, focusing on building new features based on business needs and client feedback.
• Lead a team of 3-4 engineers, providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, and managing project deliverables.
• Contribute primarily to the UI development using Angular/TypeScript, while also engaging in backend development with C# and .NET.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing scalable and efficient software with C#.
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including code reviews and team management.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular/React.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS.
• Experience in rapid feature development and iteration based on client feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior SaaS experience is preferred.
