Join a rapidly growing SaaS company as a Lead C# Software Engineer, focusing on feature development. This remote role offers a salary range of $165,000 to $200,000 per year.

About the Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work on full-stack .NET products, primarily focusing on UI development with Angular/TypeScript, while also leading a team of 3-4 engineers. Your responsibilities include coding, mentoring, code reviews, and team management. This position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing scalable and efficient software with C#
• 1+ years in a leadership role, including code reviews and team mentoring
• 3+ years of experience with Angular/React
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS
• Experience in rapid feature development and client feedback integration
• Strong communication skills
• Prior SaaS experience is preferred
