We are seeking a highly skilled Lead C# Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing SaaS company. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $200,000 per year.

About the Role

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for developing full-stack .NET products, focusing on building new features based on business needs and client feedback. The role involves hands-on coding, primarily in Angular/TypeScript, along with team leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable, and efficient software using C# and .NET technologies.
• Lead a team of 3-4 engineers, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews.
• Design and implement new features quickly to meet client needs and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in C# development.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams, doing code reviews, etc.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular/React.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior SaaS experience is preferred.
