Lead C# Software Engineer (Feature Focused)

Join a rapidly growing SaaS company as a Lead C# Software Engineer. This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of $165,000 to $200,000 per year.

About the Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work on full stack .NET products, primarily focusing on UI development with Angular/TypeScript, while also leading a team of 3-4 engineers. Your responsibilities include developing new features, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and managing project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in C# development
• 1+ years in a leadership role, including code reviews and team mentorship
• 3+ years of experience with Angular or React
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS
• Experience in rapid feature development and iteration based on client feedback
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior SaaS experience is preferred
