Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior business solutions architect to lead cross‑domain architecture efforts and translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions. You will partner with product, delivery, and technical teams to connect business goals with implementation and governance across the enterprise.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence executive leadership, with a focus on driving enterprise-wide capabilities and standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, solutions architecture, or a related discipline required.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide business strategies and architecture solutions across multiple business areas preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Demonstrated experience presenting recommendations and influencing decisions with executive leadership strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Influence enterprise decisions and build alignment among business, product, and technology leaders.
• Advance business architecture practices, standards, and approaches across the enterprise.

Summary: In this role, you will lead business solutions architecture across multiple domains and business units to translate business strategy into scalable solutions. You will partner with clients, product management, delivery leaders, and technical teams to connect business vision with technical implementation, establish capability and solution roadmaps, and influence enterprise architecture decisions that support strategic goals.

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
