Target is seeking a Lead Business Partner for Site Merchandising Enablement to drive strategy and operations of digital merchandising capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams across Digital Merchandising, Digital Product, Data Sciences, UX and Tech to deliver efficient experiences for guests and team members.
The role requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent), 8+ years of ecommerce site merchandising experience, and strong communication and project-management skills.
The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

A role with Digital Merchandising Enablement and Operations means efficiently delivering easy, dynamic, and performant digital experiences for our guests, and providing scalable workflow and tooling solutions for our Team Members. In this Lead Business Partner Site Merchandising Enablement role you will drive the strategy, operations and refinement of capabilities and digital merchandising processes, delivering efficiency for our internal Team Members and brand-right experiences for our guests. Lead and manage transformation with Category and Cross-Category Digital Merchandising teams towards achieving best-in-class status. Ensure Digital Merchandising teams have the resources needed to be effective and efficient. You will develop and align on tooling and data requirements to support Digital Merchandising experience levers and then co-create and optimize solutions with a broad mix of partner teams including, Digital Merchandising, Digital Product, Data Sciences, UX, Tech, Experience Design, QA and Target Creative.

About you: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience 8+ years e-commerce experience; site merchandising strategy & planning experience Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to varying levels of leadership Strong project management skills Must have both strong technical & data acumen and a creative sensibility Demonstrated experience in cross-functional influence across planning and execution Demonstrated experience in process development High level of initiative and organization, with the ability to manage ambiguity, risk, uncertainty and changing direction A skilled change management agent, comfortable building feedback loops and open to continuous iteration Natural relationship builder, focused on mutually beneficial, meaningful relationship development Ability to work on multiple, disparate projects across disciplines at the same time, simultaneously managing working team & partners while driving outcomes Active listener, with a strong sense of user empathy Drive for results This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
