GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH is seeking a Lead Business Operations Specialist focused on Data Management for US Government customers. The role involves guiding functional managers, tracking contract deliverables, and shaping program master plans through contract execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in business/finance/etc., and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, finance, manufacturing, sourcing, and/or project management.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures necessary to integrate information to meet program objectives compliantly.
• Track and manage contract deliverables including submission to the customer.
• Prepare and manage the Program Master Plans throughout contract execution.
• Knowledge of US Government Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) and associated requirements.
• Support the electronic websites for communications with the government.
• Maintain electronic data repositories consistent with Program requirements and document management guidelines.
• Build/maintain/modify workflows to support and control various processes.
