Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Identify business problems, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Build business cases, ROI assessments, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with SMEs, business users, and technical teams to define functional requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Understand reverse engineered documentation and groom functional specification & user stories for forward engineering.
• Validate the reverse engineered documentation for completeness and correctness.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for development teams.
• Perform hands-on product testing, UAT, and functional validation.Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Track defects and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Support product implementation, training, and change management activities.
