What you'll do

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer's business processes and requirements.
• Lead business analysis initiatives, facilitating workshops to gather and document customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications and documentation.
• Lead the configuration of OverIT’s suite of products to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee, alongside Solution Architects, the successful implementation of the company's product solutions.
• Design, execute, and manage functional and integration testing processes.
• Develop and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and partners to enhance understanding of product functionalities.

What you'll need

• Degree in Management Engineering or related subjects, such as Computer Science and Statistics.
• Proven experience as a consultant for software organizations (minimum 3 years)
• Strong expertise in writing detailed functional specification documents.
• Experience defining and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure that developed software meets the specified business requirements.
• Proficiency in planning and designing integration solutions for enterprise systems using SOAP & REST web services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL to access, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in projects.
• Background in working on complex, international projects with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing consultation roles.
• Willingness and ability to travel for domestic or international business engagements.
