Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale bus maintenance and repair facility.

The role focuses on industrial and transportation facility design and design-build delivery, coordinating complex systems and stakeholder requirements. You will oversee construction phase services, ensure compliance with codes and sustainability standards, and guide project documentation and RFIs throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and US licensure.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in industrial, transit, or public infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record leading large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance facility requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Design Development: Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for the bus maintenance and repair building, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Construction Support: Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.
