Qualifications

• Industry experience in Bus and Coach operations, maintenance, or engineering.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong teaching, training, or mentoring skills (teaching qualifications are a bonus).
• Knowledge of industry regulations and health and safety standards.
• Passion for innovation and inspiring future professionals.
