Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Lead Building Technician in Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems ensuring a reliable production facility environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in building maintenance with a focus on mechanical systems and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this opportunity.
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6 am-2:30pm
Basic Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred. Experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems preferred.
