A leading construction contractor is seeking a Superintendent to manage field operations for metal wall panel projects in Phoenix, Arizona. You will lead day-to-day activities, ensuring safety and quality while collaborating with project management teams. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of construction experience, with a focus on leadership and building envelope systems. Qualifications
7+ years of construction experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience with metal wall panels, ACM, insulated panels, and building envelope systems.
Ability to read drawings, details, and specifications.
Solid understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards.
Responsibilities
Lead daily jobsite setup, sequencing, and execution.
Enforce safety, OSHA requirements, PPE, and fall protection standards.
Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and approved submittals.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact with PMs and GCs.
