The Lead Building Engineer is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and related equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing throughout the property. This role includes responding promptly to tenant requests, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining system performance under the guidance of the Chief Engineer.
