Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Building & Code Compliance Inspection Supervisor to oversee inspections ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. You will guide inspectors, review reports, and coordinate with contractors and officials to resolve compliance issues while mentoring staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, plan reviews, and strong communication with clients. You will also participate in safety training and staff scheduling to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in related inspection roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of a team of inspectors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and life safety inspections.
• Review plans and provide code interpretations to contractors and architects.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with project teams and conduct site meetings.
