As a Lead Building Automation Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of building automation systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these systems to optimize building performance and occupant comfort. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems

+ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

+ Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

+ Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and implement system improvements

+ Provide training and support to building operators and end-users

+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation or related field

+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems and HVAC controls

+ Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., BACnet, LonWorks)
