Job summary

You will join an established Energy business with an active client portfolio across North America, focusing on expanding into new markets and technologies while leading a small, high-performing team of recruiters. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of recruitment experience within clean energy, renewables, power, utilities or related markets.
• Proven track record of high personal billings and successful business development.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading recruiters within an agency environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Win, deliver and manage permanent, contract and executive search assignments across North America.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clean energy developers, utilities, EPC contractors, investors and tech firms.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of recruiters.
• Drive revenue growth through personal production and strategic business development.
• Collaborate with leaders across the Energy business to maximize opportunities with shared clients.
