Job summary

Groundworks Industries in Oregon is seeking a Lead Budtender to elevate the customer experience and mentor teammates. You will educate customers on cannabis products, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with OLCC requirements while maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

This role rewards leadership with a monthly bonus program, regular wage increases, tips, staff discounts, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
