Job summary

Tract Capital Management, LP in Austin, Texas, United States is seeking a Principal BTM Construction Manager to oversee the safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of behind-the-meter power solutions for large-scale data center campuses.

You will own construction delivery from NTP to COD, manage multiple sites, coordinate EPCs and subcontractors, and lead a growing regional team while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of power/industrial construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven owner’s construction manager/EPC project leadership delivering large projects.
• Experience managing EPCs and subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Own BTM power plant construction delivery from NTP through COD.
• Lead end-to-end construction execution across all trades and interfaces.
• Coordinate with EPCs, general contractors, and key subcontractors to meet design and safety standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and risk registers; mentor regional staff.
