Qualifications

• 5+ years of bridge or heavy civil concrete experience, direct Bid-Well operation preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and bridge deck tolerances.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Bid-Well bridge paving machine efficiently and safely.
• Lead and supervise bridge crews and manage daily work activities.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings.
