Tilray Brands, Inc. in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Sous Chef to lead BOH operations in a fast-paced brewpub setting. You will supervise a large staff, mentor cooks, and ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years kitchen leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive high-volume performance in a pub environment. This is a full-time position with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of kitchen leadership experience in a restaurant.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hourly BOH staff in kitchen operations.
• Coordinate BOH and FOH activities with management.
• Handle scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Train kitchen staff for growth and development.
• Implement quality control procedures to standards.
• In the absence of the Exec Chef, oversee shifts and guest interaction.
• Assist with safety, incidents reporting, and daily orders.
