We're looking for a Lead Brand Designer to own Patch's visual brand and the design of everything we put into the world, from the website, reports, decks, campaigns, and events, to video and social. You'll be the creative director of Patch's brand system and the primary designer executing against it, setting the bar for craft, evolving our visual identity as our category matures, and orchestrating a network of contractors and agencies to scale output without diluting quality.This is a hybrid maker-and-manager role. You'll still be in Figma, and you'll also be running briefs, art-directing external partners, and partnering directly with leaders across the company, ranging from the CEO, to Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership — to translate strategy into design that moves buyers and defines the category.
